Common questions

Pricing questions answered

Do I keep my evidence pack if I cancel? +

Yes. Your evidence pack is yours permanently regardless of your subscription status. The pack was generated from your data and your uploads, it does not expire and is not locked behind an active subscription.

What is the difference between Foundation and Standard? +

Foundation is a one-off purchase that gives you access to all 28 obligations, document generation, and a permanent evidence pack, but does not include live deadline monitoring or renewal reminders. Standard adds those features on an annual subscription basis.

Can my letting agent access my account? +

Yes. You can invite your letting agent to act within your account. Every action they take is permanently attributed to their firm in your audit trail. You retain ownership of the account and the evidence pack at all times, and can revoke access whenever you choose.

Is there a managed portfolio option for agents? +

Yes. Letting agents who manage a portfolio of landlord properties can access a managed portfolio licence that covers the entire book under one account. Pricing is on request. See the For agents page for more detail.

Does LettingsLedger provide legal advice? +

No. LettingsLedger is a compliance governance, workflow, and evidence platform. It is not a legal services provider and does not provide legal advice. Guidance is derived from UK legislation and official GOV.UK sources for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified solicitor for advice specific to your situation.
